1. Educational & Spiritual Purposes Only

All information, reports, consultations, remote viewing simulations, Quantum DNA Blueprint insights, and other content provided through our platforms are for educational, spiritual, and empowerment purposes only. 6. Order Acceptance & Digital Products

All orders and purchases are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices and availability are subject to change. Digital products (reports, sessions, etc.) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a question falls outside the scope of Quantum Echo, you will receive an explanation and we will review a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, reports, and methodologies are copyrighted and/or trademarked by Nicole Myers Henderson / Quantum Echo / See Infinitely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission. Your personal reports are yours to keep and share for personal use.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Bristol, Tennessee. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
