Quantum Echo is committed to being clear and honest about the data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Quantum Echo platform.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Name — provided at sign-up, used to personalise your experience.
• Email address — used for account creation, login, and session-related communications.
• Birthdate — used to personalise your report and, for DNA Blueprint sessions, to generate your Quantum DNA Blueprint.
• Session question text and notes — the question or target you submit. This is passed to the AI model to generate your report.
• Session and report data — stored in your account so you can access past reports from your dashboard.
• Technical data — basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the service running.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.
• We do not collect Social Security numbers, military ID numbers, or government-issued identifiers.
• We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) of any kind.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your session report.
• To store your reports in your account for future access.
• To send transactional emails (for example, report ready, password reset).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.
• To improve the platform experience over time (aggregated, anonymised usage data only).

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly as required to operate the platform:

• AI model provider — your session question, notes, language and birthdate details are sent to the artificial-intelligence model provider used by See Infinitely to generate your report. Your name, email and account details are not sent. We do not use session questions or report content to train AI models.
• Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• GreaterLink — secure web hosting and email delivery in the United States.
• Legal authorities — only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever.

5. Cookies

Quantum Echo uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data and session reports are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page in your dashboard. Deleted data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Stripe may retain payment records for its own compliance obligations.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and secure hosting. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us through the support page to exercise these rights.

9. Age

Quantum Echo is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us for immediate removal.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
